At DMT Cycling, we are committed to your performance and comfort; if your new cycling shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the product is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unmounted shoes back in their original DMT box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
